About the event
Chef Irma Gottshalk, a 22-year army veteran and respected Jamaican chef, is releasing her new cookbook, "Bless Up! Respect and Manners: Eat and Cook Jamaican Cuisine Weekly," on Veteran's Day, November 11, 2023. To celebrate the release, Chef Irma will be hosting a cookbook signing at The Village Place in Austin, TX starting at 11am.
Come out and celebrate the release and help Chef Irma and her family honor the memory of her daughter, Xoana.
